A Developer's Content Management System
PLEASE NOTE:
LWCMS has changed dramatically between v0.5 and v0.7.5. BACK UP YOUR DATABASE before installing v0.7.5 just in case the upgrade produces errors or unexpected / undesired results.
LWCMS takes a different approach to content management than many other content management systems. LWCMS operates as a backend to manage the content of websites and web applications, but has minimal impact on the site layout. This allows developers to create the frontend layout, design, and logic and then use LWCMS to setup content management that conforms to the already existing flow of the website or web application being built. LWCMS is perfect for developers that do not want their site to be forced to conform to the logic of the content managment system.
Flexibility and Efficiency
A good content management system should be both flexible and efficient, to give the developer options when creating a website or web application. LWCMS has the ability to publish much of it's content to static HTML files or you can access the content through the database. If you would like a feature that is not in LWCMS you can write your own plugin or module!
